  2. I know those scallops! Where did you find them..looks very similar to a snack we had in Chorillos (though sure they are everywhere). Great pics.

    • Hi Brenden–the scallops are from a restaurant called El Muelle in Barranco, Lima. This was the first time we’d ever heard of such a thing, and they’re by far the best we’ve had in Peru. I still can’t believe I’d never tried scallops until just about 10 months ago. They’re tasty critters!
